Strictly Necessary
Required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled. Covers authentication tokens, session management, CSRF protection, and security features. No consent required by law.
Functional
Enable personalization — remembering your plan tier, language, notification preferences, and dismissed banners. Disabling may reduce functionality.
Analytics & Performance
Help us understand how users interact with the platform so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. Data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
Marketing & Retargeting
We do not currently deploy advertising or retargeting cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and seek appropriate consent.

4. Third-Party Cookies
- Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA): Usage analytics with IP anonymization. See Google Privacy Policy. Transfers to USA under SCCs.
- Stripe (Stripe Inc., USA): Fraud detection on payment pages only. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Supabase (Supabase Inc., USA): Authentication and session management. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads remarketing, or behavioral advertising trackers.
5. Your Controls
Browser Settings
You can block or delete cookies via your browser. Note: blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent login and core features.
Opt Out of Analytics
Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to block GA4 collection entirely.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry standard for responding to DNT. We do not alter behavior based on DNT signals at this time. We will update this policy if that changes.
7. GDPR / CCPA Consent
EU/EEA/UK Residents (GDPR)
Non-essential cookies (analytics, functional) require your affirmative opt-in consent. Our cookie banner lets you accept or reject by category. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies and re-visiting. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under ePrivacy Directive.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell personal information via cookies. You have the right to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise this right, contact privacy@agenticlive.ai.
Other U.S. States
Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Texas (TDPSA), and other states with active privacy laws have opt-out rights for targeted advertising and data sales. We honor these rights. Contact privacy@agenticlive.ai.

We may update this policy as we add new features or tracking technologies. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
