Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 7, 2026Our Commitment
NGX Labs LLC is committed to ensuring that agenticlive is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to our platform regardless of ability, assistive technology, or browsing environment.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a checkbox. We actively review and improve our platform on a continuous basis.
Conformance Status
agenticlive aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
Our current conformance status: Partially conformant - some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known issues are listed below with active remediation timelines.
Technical Specifications
agenticlive relies on the following technologies for conformance:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- WAI-ARIA (where applicable)
These technologies are relied upon for conformance. The platform is tested against the following assistive technologies and browsers:
- NVDA + Chrome (Windows)
- VoiceOver + Safari (macOS and iOS)
- TalkBack + Chrome (Android)
- Keyboard-only navigation (all major browsers)
- Windows High Contrast Mode
Accessibility Features
The following features are currently implemented across agenticlive:
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements (buttons, links, forms, menus) are operable via keyboard without requiring a mouse.
- Focus management: Visible focus indicators are present on all interactive elements.
- Color contrast: Text and UI elements meet or exceed a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their backgrounds.
- Scalable text: All text scales correctly up to 200% zoom without loss of content or functionality.
- Semantic HTML: Pages use proper heading hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3) and landmark regions to support screen reader navigation.
- Alt text: All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked with empty alt attributes.
- Form labels: All form fields have associated visible labels and ARIA labels where applicable.
- Error identification: Form validation errors are clearly identified and described in text.
- Skip navigation: A skip-to-main-content link is available at the top of each page for keyboard and screen reader users.
- No seizure-triggering content: No content flashes more than three times per second.
- Responsive design: The platform is fully functional at all viewport sizes from 320px wide and above.
- Timeout warnings: Users are warned before sessions expire and given the option to extend.
Known Issues and Remediation
We are transparent about areas we are actively working to improve:
- Dashboard complex widgets: Some data visualizations and agent configuration panels lack full ARIA descriptions. Target resolution: Q3 2026.
- Third-party integrations: Certain embedded third-party components (OAuth popups, payment widgets) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. These are controlled by external providers and outside our direct remediation scope.
- PDF and document exports: Exported documents are not currently tagged for screen reader accessibility. Target resolution: Q4 2026.
- Mobile keyboard navigation: Some modal dialogs on mobile browsers may trap focus unexpectedly. Target resolution: Q3 2026.
